This website describes engineering services and provides general educational information. Illustrations use example conditions and are not site-specific engineering findings. They do not determine flood risk, buildability, compliance, or permitting outcomes for your property.
Engineering engagements
Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. Engineering services begin under a separate written agreement. Each engagement is scoped individually. Scope, schedule, fees, and payment terms are established in the proposal.
Review and outcomes
Agency coordination and review responses are provided as defined in the agreed scope. Engineering findings depend on the available evidence and project conditions. Permit approval, no-rise certification, funding, and development capacity are not guaranteed.
Information you send
Keep the initial inquiry to a brief project description and contact information. Do not send confidential case materials through the general inquiry form. Supporting plans, surveys, and reports can be requested after the initial inquiry.
