How are fees and schedules established?

Each assignment is evaluated individually. The proposal establishes the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and payment terms.

Does submitting an inquiry start an engineering engagement?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Engineering services begin under a separate written agreement.
