The form collects your name, email, project location, service requested, and project description. Company, phone number, and deadline are optional. We use this information to respond and discuss a potential engagement. Do not submit confidential case materials or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and form storage
Netlify hosts this website and processes, stores, and filters inquiry submissions for spam. Authorized website administrators can access submissions in Netlify. Notifications may be delivered to the business email account, where the email provider also retains them. Hosting and form providers may process operational information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details for delivery, security, and spam prevention.
Website measurement
We record accepted inquiries, phone-link clicks, and email-link clicks as separate events using Netlify. The event data contains only an event category, page category, and time—not names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, or full page URLs. Operational hosting logs may separately contain request information. We do not add advertising pixels or remarketing trackers.
Browser storage and external services
The website may use session storage to carry a service selection between pages. Fonts are hosted with the site. This version does not offer an address lookup and does not send addresses to a flood-mapping service.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records may remain in Netlify and business email while needed for correspondence and business records. Event records follow the hosting provider’s log retention. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted; we will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping needs.
